supernatant of 20 positive hybridoma binders for each
antigen to Collaborator for additional assays. |

7. Conduct
additional assays and select 3 hybridomas |

8. Sub-clone
the hybridomas. Screen sub-clones, by ELISA and select
3 sub-clones from each hybridoma. |

9. Send supernatant
of sub-clones to Collaborator for additional assays. |

| |
|
10. Conduct
additional assays and select 1 sub-clone for each antigen.
Additional sub-clones may be purchased. |
| |
11. Send
the 1 selected hybridoma to Collaborator or produce MAbs
at Epitomics upon request (additional fee). |
