Specificity

Rabbits were immunized with HHHHHH conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant serum was collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid support

Storage Condition and Buffer

1X PBS/ 20% Glycerol/1% BSA (pH7.0). 0.01% Thimerosal was added as a preservative. Keep as concentrated solution. Aliquot and store at -20ºC or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Purified by antigen-affinity chromatography.
