Description

The protein encoded by this gene plays a crucial role in B-cell development. Mutations in this gene cause X-linked agammaglobulinemia type 1, which is an immunodeficiency characterized by the failure to produce mature B lymphocytes, and associated with a failure of Ig heavy chain rearrangement. Storage Condition and Buffer

0.1M Tris, 0.1M Glycine, 10% Glycerol (pH7.0). 0.01% Thimerosal was added as a preservative. Keep as concentrated solution. Aliquot and store at -20ºC or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Purified by antigen-affinity chromatography.
