Description

Cell Lysis Buffer to lyse cells under non-denaturing conditions. Recommended for preparing samples for use in western and immunoprecipitation. This is a 10X Buffer.

10X Cell Lysis Buffer:
200 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5)
1.5 M NaCl
10 mM Na₂EDTA
10 mM EGTA
10% Triton
25 mM sodium pyrophosphate
10 mM β-glycerophosphate
10 mM Na₃VO₄ (activated)
10 µg/ml leupeptin
