Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG DyLight 488 (catalog # 3064-1) was used as a secondary antibody at 1:100.

Specificity

This antibody reacts with heavy chains of Rabbit IgG and with light chains of most Rabbit immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. However, this antibody may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.

Storage Condition and Buffer

Store at 2-8° C. The Goat Anti-Rabbit DyLight 488 conjugate is supplied as a yellow colored liquid at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in 100 mM phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2, containing 1% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide.
