Senior Customer Service Representative (Full time)

As a lead customer service representative the job responsibilities will be receiving, processing, and directing all reagent sales orders into the companies ERP system as well as building processes that keep pace with the companies high volume workload.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Receiving and entering orders in the Ross system
  • Assisting sales personnel with bulk, custom and product quotes
  • Handling and tracking customer complaints
  • Handling billing and invoice questions
  • Interface daily with internal functional departments and external partners
  • Data entry into customer database
  • Price list distribution to OEM partners and distributors
  • Interacts with International distributors and OEM partners
  • Supporting Marketing and Inside sales activities

Principle Responsibilities

  • BS in life science/business is a plus
  • 2-5 years in customer service
  • Proficient with customer database management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with Product development, Accouting, Marketing and Sales teams
