Associate Scientist / Scientist I

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated scientist to join our Custom Antibody Group. The individual will be responsible for leading the antibody purification and screening group. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, antibody screening, monoclonal antibody purification, antibody affinity purification and depletion, antigen and antibody conjugation, assay development and trouble shooting. This individual will also be responsible for communicating data to customers.

Job Requirements:
A MS degree or Ph.D. in protein sciences with solid biochemistry background and training is required. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in antibody screening, purification and antigen/antibody conjugation and should be able to establish and perfect SOPs. Working experience in an industry setting is preferred. The candidate is expected to handle large number of custom projects. The candidate should also be organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform in a teamwork setting, and willing to adjust to a fast changing environment. In addition, the candidate is expected to have good communication skills. This position is immediately available.
